What the hourly price does not say

Billing granularity, minimums, what a stopped machine costs, traffic, addresses, deposits and identity checks, as published by the provider.

Billing

Billing granularity
mixed
Minimum charge
No minimum for hourly GPU nodes. Services with third-party licenses (Windows, cPanel, Plesk, RHEL) generate a monthly minimum bill at launch (example: INR 1000 for a Windows node). Committed nodes deduct the full committed-period cost at launch, non-refundable.
Stopped instance
MyAccount nodes: Power Off does not stop billing; compute billing only pauses on Stop, which is documented for E1-series nodes; otherwise the node must be deleted. Storage, public IPs, backups and licenses keep billing. TIR dev nodes: compute billing stops when the node is stopped, workspace storage persists (storage charges may apply).
Egress
included (Policy FAQ: 'we currently don't charge for data-transfer to & from your machine instances'); CDN and object-storage CDN overage metered at 0.045 USD/GB

Minimum deposit
Not published for manual PayNow top-ups. AutoPay Smart Top Up (INR accounts) recharges at least INR 2,000 when balance falls below INR 2,000; the AutoPay 'then buy' minimum is INR 2,000.
Free credits
New international users receive a bonus of 20 infra credits after sign-up (docs). Startup Program: USD 5K free credits (AI Explorer), up to USD 50K or 100K usage-based discounts (AI Builder, AI Scaler).

Snapshots are not available for GPU nodes; Save Image is used instead, and GPU images can reach hundreds of GB.ephemeral · TIR dev node workspace 30 GB free; ephemeral 50 GB fixed · TIR (AI Dev Nodes) only.
Migration out
Save Image captures the full root disk of a GPU node; saved images can be imported and exported. Block volumes can be detached and attached via API; object storage is S3-compatible (EOS). Committed nodes with Auto Termination delete the node and backups at term end, so images must be saved first. Cross-card-type upgrades are not supported in the portal and require migration through a saved image.

From the study · assessment

E2E Networks, in short

What stood out when we read the documents: strengths, weaknesses, who it suits, and what we could not find.

Strengths

  • Full rate card published without login in INR and USD, including B200 (6.99 USD/h), H200 (3.99), H100 (2.69) and 7 other GPU SKUs, plus a machine-readable pricing.json feed.
  • Published INR spot rates far below on-demand: H100 INR 70/h (about 0.73 USD), H200 INR 88/h, A100 80GB INR 66/h.
  • Published committed rates: H100 INR 155.90/h (about 1.63 USD), H200 INR 189.20/h, B200 INR 290/h (about 3.02 USD).
  • No charge for data transfer to and from instances; IPv4 included with nodes.
  • Broad platform: official Terraform provider (e2eterraformprovider/e2e), pip CLI, REST API, managed Kubernetes with GPU/MIG, TIR notebooks, serverless inference endpoints with scale-to-zero, Slurm training clusters.
  • Listed company with ISO 27001/27017/27018, PCI DSS and a downloadable SOC 2 report; MeitY empanelment and India data residency.

Weaknesses

  • USD on-demand list prices are higher than GPUBank: H100 2.69 vs 1.85, H200 3.99 vs 2.49, B200 6.99 vs 4.15, L40S 1.20 vs 0.55, RTX PRO 6000 1.90 vs 1.15, A100 80GB 2.10 vs 0.95.
  • Only two regions, both in India (Delhi NCR, Chennai).
  • Mandatory identity validation under CERT-In directions: Aadhaar eKYC for Indian users, photo ID via Stripe (or ID and address proof documents) for international users; unvalidated accounts suspended after 10 days.
  • Powering off a MyAccount node does not stop compute billing; only Stop (documented for E1 series) or deletion does.
  • No crypto payments; 46 countries/regions blocked under US export-control policy; crypto mining prohibited.
  • Committed nodes charge the full term upfront and are non-refundable; committed and spot rates are published in INR only.
  • GPU compute and storage prices were raised on 1 July 2026 (pricing update notice).

Ideal for

  • Indian companies and public-sector bodies needing INR billing with GST invoices, data residency in India and a MeitY-empanelled provider.
  • Teams that can use interruptible spot H100/H200/A100 capacity at INR rates.
  • Users wanting a full cloud stack (VMs, Kubernetes, DBaaS, object storage, Terraform) next to GPUs.

Not published

  • A100 80GB form factor (SXM4 or PCIe) is not stated
  • recorded as A100 SXM 80GB based on the NVLink 3.0 600 GB/s spec on the product page.
  • USD prices for committed and spot capacity are not published
  • Committed term length: pricing.json says 3+ months
  • GPU cloud page says from 1 month
  • TIR says 1/3/6 months
  • pricing update notice mentions 30, 90, 183, 365 and 1,095 day terms. Committed rates are published for B200, H200 and H100 only.
  • Billing granularity for GPU nodes is inconsistent across official pages (per minute vs hourly).
  • Multi-GPU INR prices (2x/4x/8x) are not published.
  • Docs page 'Choose a GPU Card' also lists V100 and T4, which are not on the pricing page
  • availability and prices unknown, not counted in catalogue_count.
  • Minimum manual top-up amount for prepaid accounts not published.
  • SOC 2 report type (Type I or II) not stated on the certifications page
  • HIPAA and GDPR DPA not mentioned.
  • Pricing FAQ answers on billing and payment methods could not be expanded (single-open accordion)
  • payment methods taken from docs.

Observations

Pricing page shows GPU prices per GPU-hour without an account; tabs 1x/2x/4x/8x show node prices (8x only for B200, H200, H100, RTX PRO 6000, A100 40GB and L4).

From a non-Indian browser the pricing page renders in USD, also at /pricing?region=in and /us/pricing; the page title still says 'H200/H100 Starting ₹49/hr' although ₹49 is the L4 price.

Committed and spot rates do not appear in the on-page table; they are only in pricing.md and pricing.json (machine-readable versions advertised in llms.txt).

Pricing page hero says 'per-minute billing' and GPU docs say 'billed per minute'; product pages, pricing.md and prepaid billing docs say hourly.

Home page GPU cards say pricing applies 'with a commitment of hundreds of units for at least 3 months' while the pricing table labels the same numbers as on-demand.

Monthly and annual GPU prices are 'Contact Sales' in both currencies.

Pricing FAQ says unused prepaid credits are refundable within 30 days; prepaid billing docs say infra credits are non-refundable; the refund policy allows refunds unless the account has been dormant 90 days.

Home page claims a 99.95% uptime SLA; the SLA document and product pages state 99.9%.

The pricing page also lists CPU plans, storage, CDN, DBaaS, firewall and license prices in USD; prices exclude taxes (18% GST in India).

The first automated request to /pricing returned HTTP 429 (rate limiting); later requests succeeded.
