A wrong price, a stale reading, a misattributed configuration: report it and it is checked against the provider's page the same day.
How to report
Write to [email protected] with the page URL, the figure you dispute and, if you have it, the provider page that contradicts it. Providers may write from a company address; we verify it before changing a fact.
What happens next
- The reading is repeated on the provider's page.
- If the site was wrong, the page is corrected and a dated note is added to it and to the log below.
- If the site was right, we answer with the source and the reading time.
- A correct but unflattering reading is never removed.
