About

GPU cloud prices, with receipts

gpurank reads the public prices of GPU clouds, converts them to a true cost per GPU-hour, and ranks them by price, value and trust. Every number links to the page it was read from.

Why

Renting a GPU is a market with no price tag. The same H100 costs between one and eight dollars an hour depending on who sells it, what is bundled, how it is billed and whether it is actually in stock. Comparison sites exist, but most relay prices they did not read, hide what they exclude, and rank what they are paid to rank. We wanted the opposite: a reading we made ourselves, a rule we can print, and a receipt behind every figure.

What the site does

  • Reads 262 providers' pricing pages and APIs, 25,014 configurations on file, 24,866 current (read in the last 45 days).
  • Converts list prices to a true cost that includes the mandatory add-ons the provider publishes.
  • Ranks by three questions, with one provider per podium step: cheapest, best value, most trusted.
  • Scores providers on six dimensions of transparency and published guarantees, from their own documents.
  • Sizes 479 open models and prices the smallest configuration that runs them.

What it refuses to do

  • Sell a rank, a score or a sentence. See the disclosure.
  • Rank the company that owns it.
  • Publish a trend from fewer than four providers, or a median from fewer than three offers.
  • Present an estimate as a measurement.

Where it stands

Prices come from our own collector, which reads 158 providers' public pages and APIs every night; providers it does not read yet keep the dated readings of the market study we completed in October 2026. Every reading keeps its date and the page it came from, and the methodology describes every rule.
